CHEDA (Claim History Enterprise Datamart Application)
I was on the team that developed CHEDA, a data warehouse containing claim history for Royal & Sun Alliance, a major insurance vendor. This was an extremely large database containing several table with over a billion rows each. When I was first brought on-board, the project had fallen four weeks behind schedule. Within two weeks after having me on board, the project was back on schedule and project deadlines were met.
